From its first residential project 15 years ago, Greenwoods has been focusing in creating community engagement in line with the developer’s strategy of selling at least 70% of the available products directly to owner-occupiers.
Each project would hold various events for buyers even before project handover, at the time of handover there would be immediate initiation of owner’s association as the governing body of the community, which includes facilities maintenance, community events and gathering. Greenwoods maintained small community size of between 100-200 residential units per stage of project development to ensure more dynamic community involvement within the small group of residents.
